Stage 5 Year 9

The student’s body of work focused on the viewpoint of the structural frame along with nature on land and sea. Student’s researched and responded to Andy Goldsworthy’s installation work and were inspired to present their own installation works and create hand made artist’s books in a variety of forms.

After investigating land forms and inspiration, the students dived into life in the sea, to create a vessel inspired by the textures and forms found within the ocean. They researched Bronwyn Oliver’s sculptures and the work of photographers, Max Dupain, Olive Cotton and David Moore to help their artist practice.
